I had a very pleasant stay at a charming hotel in Ha Long. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and had crisp white linen, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. One detail that stood out was the provision of bottled water both on the shuttle bus and in the room, a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The views from the boat are absolutely stunning, and the comfortable rooms are spotlessly clean. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy activities during the day like kayaking and trekking, and intimate conversations over drinks in the evening.

The lack of included drinks can be expensive for guests, but it is understandable that alcohol would cost extra.

Considering the prices of other hotels in the area, this hotel offered great amenities and service at a very reasonable price.
